Someone in Christ giving a spiritual gift to someone else:
It is possible for someone in Christ to give a spiritual gift to someone else.
Paul wrote: "I-am-yearning to-see you in-order-that I-MAY-GIVE-WITH (my hands a) certain SPIRITUAL GIFT (to) you" (Romans 1:11). Here Paul described how HE may GIVE a SPIRITUAL GIFT to the believers in Rome.
Paul said specifically: "I-MAY-GIVE-WITH [metadidómi 3330 in Greek] (my hands a) certain spiritual GIFT (to) you" (Romans 1:11). The Greek word for "TO-GIVE-WITH" [metadidómi 3330 in Greek] comes from "WITH" [meta 3326 in Greek], and "TO-GIVE" [didómi 1325 in Greek]. These words used are similar to when Paul wrote to Timothy about "the GIFT in you, which WAS-GIVEN [edothē 1325 in Greek] (to) you through (a) prophecy WITH [meta 3326 in Greek] (the) laying-on (of) the hands" (1 Timothy 4:14).
Here in Timothy the gift was given specifically "WITH [meta 3326 in Greek] (the) laying-on (of) the hands" (1 Timothy 4:14), that is, with laying hands on Timothy for Timothy to be given the gift.
